Hi Denise--I truly do not think we have a connection, but--I do descend from a Notley Masters. I don't find Fletcher names, but do have several Charlottes. My Notley was b circa 1745 in Montgomery Co., MD and died 12 Feb 1819 in Pendleton Dist., SC . His second wife was Mary Hembree, and they did have a daughter, Charlotte, born 6 June 1809 in SC. She married Josephy W. Drennan. My family all came from Jackson and Overton Co., TN. Jack Masters has written the "Masters Family History 1691-1989". Lots of info.
