Hi my name is Christina Martindale. John Henry Martindale & Emily Taylor are my fathers (richard martindale) great grandparents. I am trying to make my dad a family tree , which isnt easy since my dads father John Edward Martindale died when my dad was about 2 or 3, so his ties with his Martindale side of the family are weak. I am planning on trying to get in touch with my aunt Maureen, who is my dads oldest sister, she might know more since she was older when my grandfather died. I wish I could give you some info to help see if your family is related to mine, but right now I cant, but it seems very odd that they were both from Brooklyn & Ansonia! I will try and find out what I could and get back to you. I myself was suprised to find Family tree 3894 which has my fathers family on it. Its a start and alot more than I knew before. Im going to try and contact the maker of that tree and see if he or she knows anything helpful. If I find out anything useful I will contact you. Good luck with your search! --christina martindale |
