I am looking for any info on these people (grandparents) Robert was b abt 1820-1825 SC d ?? 1850 Saluda, Abbeville Co.,Sc listed with Jacob Painter's family as a carpenter said he was 19 yrs old. They married after 1850 census not sure where. 1860 they lived in Williamson, Anderson Co,SC States Robert is 35 yrs old Names children: George H.Martin -b abt.1851 SC Eliza Martin- b abt.1852 SC(MY LINE married Thomas James Freeman)died before death records where kept. Charles Martin-b abt 1857 SC William-b abt. 1859 SC In 1870 they were in Marshell Co.,Ms which later became Tate Co.,Ms. In 1880 Robert was 54 yrs.old Frances is 50 yrs.old I can find them on census up till 1880 and then they fell of the earth. I know nothing of their families. One son George H Martin died in Ark.but not sure when. Son Charles Martin d 1933 in Ms. and I have his death record. That was where I got his mother's last name.
