I may be able to add some info on the Baker County GA Mancils/Mansels which you mentioned in your posting. I have an ancestor George C. Morey who married in Pulaski Co. GA to Kesiah Adkinson (d/o Robert Adkinson & Annie/Onnie Lowe). George & Kesiah moved on to Baker Co. GA with her father and several other Adkinsons. These Mancils were living close to these Adkinsons in Baker Co. I have a bit on the Mancils because of studying the census for the Adkinsons. My Robert Adkinson came out of Twiggs Co., into Pulaski, and I believe these Mancils also followed that path. I will check my files and see what I can add.
