My family history of Malpass came from Chester too.Most of them settled in Pender county N.C.and were members of the John James Malpass family of England back in late I believe 1700,s or earlier. Am very interested,in the old family malpass bible.Have a family book which was writtrn by Sevry Brinson in 1956 I belive has information about some of the famiy in England.My grandmother was a Brinson,so maybe we can help oneaother.
