I search the Irish Family History Foundation's database. It contains 12,000,000 surviving rcds for abt 65% of Irish counties. Rcds are increasingly sparse B4 1840, rare B4 1800. Without a KNOWN county, there is AT LEAST a 35% chance that the ancestor's rcds aren't in the database.

For Elizabeth Malone B 1800 +/- 4 yrs in this database, I found 0 B rcds.

For Henry Kennedy B ditto, I found 0 B rcds.

For Elizabeth Malone M 1831 +/- 4 yrs, I found 0 M rcds.

For Henry Kennedy M ditto, I found 1 M rcd in 1831 Longford.

It would be unusual, but not unheard of, to find a M rcd for one spouse but not the other. The rcd for Henry is not likely to be for your ancestor.

Google the Foundation's name to lead you to this database. Pls post your search results to my genforum msg.

Hope this helps. Good luck.
