Karen Fay Madison, b May 11, 1954 in Chickasha, Grady Co., OK, to Henry Frank and Dorothy Katherine(Patterson)Madison while visiting family in Chickasha. She was a twin sister of Sharon Kay Madison. We are trying to locate a death date and place of burial for Karen who died when 13 months old (June/July 1955) and having to piece this family puzzle together with small pieces of information. Sharon grew up believing that her twin died and was buried in Chickasha, Grady Co., OK but we are unable to find a death or burial record for her in OK. We did find a brother, Kenneth Ray, b February 10, 1957 and died April 1957 who is buried in a Grady Co., OK cemetery near his grandparents, James Robert and Orinda Madison. Henry and Dorothy were said to have owned a rock query in Askfork, Yavapai Co., AZ and it is believed that a son, Carl Wayne Madison, died while the family was living in Ashfork. Based on the birth date of the twins and the birth date of Kenneth we are assuming (at this time) that Carl Wayne was born between the girls and Kenneth - probably 1955/56. So Carl is possibly buried in the same cemetery that Karen is. Can anyone provide us with information that would lead us to the graves of Karen Fay and Carl Wayne Madison?
