Does anyone have any information on this William? His wife's name was Leah. He was the son of Daniel Maddox Jr. and his wife Elizabeth. Was he ever in SC and, if so, where did he die? I believe that he was the father of Thomas A. Maddox who was born in 1807 in Laurens District, SC and died in 1891 in Anderson County, SC but have no proof. His other children are listed as: William H. Maddox, Daniel Henry Maddox, Robert Maddox, Sally Rigsby Maddox, Mary Ann Maddox, Milcha Maddox, Eleanor Maddox, Susan Maddox and Elizabeth Mathilda Maddox. Any help will be greatly appreciated!
