Edwin L., b. Nov. 20, 1830; m. Rhoda M. Bridge, b. Aug. 23, 1832. Farmer, Nothfield, MA.
Mother: Abigail Janes, of Easthampton. Married, Sep 10, 1815 or '13, "an exemplary, hospitable, Christian woman."
Grandfather: Col. James Lyman, youngest son of Lieut. Joshua. B. Jan 9, 1747, He lived in Northfield, and d. Jan 25, 1804.
Grandmother: Abigail Wright, d. Aug 12 1829, aged 71. Second spouse.
Great Grandfather: Lieut. Joshua, b. Feb 1, 1704, son of John. At the time of his marriage he was said to be of Northamton, but subsequently his residence was in Northfield, where he was one of the first settlers. Married first Sarah Narmon, of Suffield, CT, Oct 1, 1729 and 2nd Esther ________. Col. James was the son of Esther.
John, son of Richard and Hebzibah Ford, b. in Windsor, 1655; lived in Northampton, MA. Married Abigail ______; d. Oct 13, 1727, aged 72, "as appears on his gravestone, distinguished from others of the same name by the addition of 'Richard's son.'"
Richard was the son of Richard and Sarh Osborne.
