When my son and I visited Northern Ireland and Ireland in 1985, we went to a village on the outskirts of Dublin named Lusk. Just a small farming community, with a long history, dating back to when the Vikings raided Ireland. The name is probably of Scandinavian origin, and when we were there, there was only one Lusk listed in the phone directory in Dublin.
