Fanny, I think, is the daughter of Henry and Christina Nicewonger Lower, probably of Blair or Bedford County, PA. Who can tell me more about these people? Fanny and Rudolph Hoover's daughter, another Christina, married Levi McGregor Points, also of Bedford County, PA.
