Seeking information on a Phebe (Phoebe) Graham, born in Kentucky, daughter of John Graham. She moved with her family to Switzerland County Indiana, where she married Benjamin Locke (Lock) on March 25, 1840. This Benjamin Locke/Lock died of tuberculosis, and Phebe married either Thomas Jefferson Ragan (Reagan) or William Thomas Ragan (Reagan), Switzerland County Indiana on March 2, 1843. They later moved north in Indiana and settled in Tipton County, Indiana around 1851-1860. We believe this is the Phoebe Reagan 1819-1916 buried near Normanda, Tipton County. A James Ragan, probably her son, is buried in nearby. There is said to be an interview with her, published in a newspaper in 1914. I have not been able to locate this newspaper.
