My grandfather Roscoe C. Livingston and his family were involved in a auto accident with a trolley June 23, 1912. Three of his children and his mother were not expected to live, somehow they did. The accident involved eight members of his family. His mother, sister in law, wife, himself, and his four little children. I have the article from the NY times about this accident, but I am now looking for the court record. Can anyone help me in Passaic County, NJ. This accident happened in Paterson, NJ.
