I am trying to locate any information on a Virginia Light born in VA who later migrated to Ohio with her husband William McCready. I am told they met while he was working on the Erie Canal and then married. The family ended up in Fulton County Ohio around 1875 having only one child named James McCready. James married Edith Venia, James and Edith lived in Toledo Ohio. Any help would be most appreciated. If anyone finds census info. on these two please advise. It is next to impossible to find out information on Virginia Light as that name is also a regiman name.
