My GGGG Grandfather Peter Light was a farmer at the foot of Black Oak Hill, S. of Mountville, Swatara Twsp. Leb Co. PA and his wife was Babara Boehm b.2/13/1766, d.3/31/1848. It is also known in our family that a John and Jacob Light came from Germany, Left Europe from Rotterdam and settled in Lancster Co. John Light settled in the part that later became known as Lebanon Co. It was all unsettled area around 1732-1738. John Light built a fort for safety from Indian attacks.
