I'm not a genealogist, but even I get lucky sometimes. About 1800 a Henry Light III came into Virginia from Pennsylvania. Henry's son James setled in Montgomery county and had childdren: Elizabeth, James and Hannah. James had a brother Lazerus who lived in Montgomey now Floyd co too. Onie Vaughn wrote an ariclle in SW Virigiinia Magazine.vol 3 p13 feb 1980. If your library cant find it the Library of congress has it.The names and sstates are in my book. but these descendants of Henry Light are not Halifax Lights, unless ive got it all wrong. Steve Light.
