I'm trying to research my family history. I have no problems getting info since they came over to America since most of it is direct family knowledge, but it's difficult to find info from when they lived in Lebanon. The last name in Lebanon is Cyruse/Cyrose/Kyrouz and they were from the Bsharri area in northern Lebanon where my gggreat grand-father was a farmer. I have a lead that they were members of the St. Saba church located in Bsharri, and that St. Charbel may be in my lineage. I can only find pictures of the town and church but no info on how to get records about the residents. Any help what be greatly appreciated. Thanks! --Eric |
