hi, im trying to track down my ancestors all the info i have is about my mother which i have very little to go on now deceased reg death in oldham lancashire called catherine or kathleen my dad thomas tooth always called her katy they married in the late twenties or early thirties in manchester she had brothers called michael we believe her father to be james lawless, her mother was called mary ford before marraige we believe that they came from ireland in about 1900 mother was born in 1913 but we have no evidence of migration we belive that grandmother worked in service in the cheetham hill area of manchester we further have a family story about my mother being born in a work house in manchester, if there is anyone who can shed a little light i would be gratefull, especially on the migration regards norman
