Are these words in Latvian text? The only idea I have - it's Latvian jargon/slang from German word Mutter - mother.
Diminutive form in German will be Mutti (mommy), but in Latvian feminine diminutive are made with -ina (with a mark below the n). And we got "mutina". "Mutinai" is the same word, just genitive case.
