Mrs. Ruth E. (Lamar) Williams, formerly of Indianapolis died Sunday morning at Heritage House Convalescent Center, Greencastle (Indiana). Born January 24, 1914, in Crossville, Ill., she was the daughter of James H. and Margaret (Allen) Lamar. She was formerly employed on the housekeeping staff of the Indiana University medical Center. Mrs. Williams was a member of the First Baptist Church, Indianapolis. Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Margaret Kincaid; a son, Frank; five grandchildlren and three great-grandchildren. Graveside services will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday at the Profitt Cemt=etery near Rogers, KY. Friends may call 5-9 p.m. Monday at the Whitaker Funeral Home, Cloverdale. (Note: addresses were deleted for this posting. Her maiden name was Lamar. Death occurred in July 1988).
