I am glad I found this resource because I have no idea what kind of name Lady is. People are always asking me where my last name comes from and I really have no idea. I always assumed that it was English but I have seen postings on here that suggest it might be Dutch, German, or Hungarian! Is the Lady name in all cases derivative of something else or are there any Ladys where the Lady is from the English word "lady"? If anyone can satisfy my curiousiy I would apprecitate it. Thanks.
