Could be Stein....Familysearch has the marriage indexed as Lewis Steine/Elizabeth Bellar while Ancestry shows Lewis Stina/Elizabeth Bellar.

The 1910 census shows Eunice and Georgiana each living with separate relatives in St. Tammany Parish so presumably the parents had died by that time.
