I have posted a picture of Clofer Jones (far right) and three brothers. Can anyone identify them? I am guessing this was taken 1900 to 1920. I have information on Clofer, but not on any of the brothers. Family lore is Clofer was the only child to go to TX about 1880.

The Clofer in the picture was born about 1857. The Census 1880 Victoria Co TX. as Clofie Jones- as Cleofer Jones in 1910 & as C. J. Jones in1920 Karnes Co. TX. all state Clofer was born in La. The 1880 Census states Clofer father was b. in N.Y. There is not any family information on his Death Cert.
From an older family member , they remembered going to Crowley, Acadia Parish La. to visit relatives. I cannot find anything to connect this Clofer Jones to La.

Clofer lived in Victoria Co. Tx. until about 1898 to 1900. They moved to Karnes Co. Tx.
