William and Susan Nichols moved from Virginia to Kentucky BEFORE 1804. William died BEFORE 1822; and Susan died AFTER 1822. Their children were: 1) Nathaniel "Nathan" Nichols, born BEFORE 1785 in VA. Nathan marr. Cassandra "Cassander" Matherly. 2) Lucy Nichols, married Stephen Fields on 15 Apr 1822. 3) Betsy Nichols, marr Matthias Gabbert 26 Feb 1814. 4) Sally Nichols, marr William Patterson bef 1815. 5) Rutha Nichols, marr William Nixon.
