There were four Irvin households enumerated in the 1840 US Census, Russell Co, KY-Larkin, Franklin, Andrew, & Squire. (Research to date has not disclosed relationship among the four, if any.) The Larkin Irvin household contained 2 males under 5, 1 male 5-10, and 1 male 20-30, assumed to be Larkin; and 1 female 20-30, assumed to be his wife. An undocumented source identified her as Margaret Paul with a marriage date of 24 October 1832. Research to date has revealed no information on parentage or date and PoB for either Larkin or his wife.
