As far as I can tell, Stanley Young's will is not posted online, but you can find it at Nelson Co., Ky., Will Book 14, pp. 219-31(written Feb. 1857, codicils 19 Sept. 1861, 11 Nov. 1864, 30 Dec. 1865, 1 Sept. 1866, 9 May 1867, prob. 8 June 1867).
Stanley Young never married. He was a "confirmed bachelor" and was on the 1830-1850 censuses living alone. Despite stories to the contrary, I doubt he fathered any of Rachel Vowles' children. I suspect Rachel was in a long-term relationship with a prominent, but married, man, possibly Stanley's brother Bryan/Bryant Rust Young. That could explain why Rachel named a son Bryan/Bryant. Bryant Rust Young and his wife Louisa apparently never had children together. Stanley's adopting the children and allowing Rachel and the children to use the name "Young" after his death could have been his way of giving them the family recognition they had been denied. This is speculation on my part, but makes a lot more sense than the common story that Stanley, who was perfectly free to marry, fathered a bunch of children and just didn't get around to marrying their mother.
