I'm looking for information on the family of Christ and Mary Gramig of New Hope, Kentucky. They appear on the 1880 census as living in New Hope and are listed as the Grammac family and Christ is working as a cooperer. I can't find them (or any other information on New Hope) in the 1870 census, although we think they lived there at that time. They had several children: William, Emma, Katherine, Christopher, Thomas, Joseph, and Nora and we know that Mary died in New Hope in 1887. Any information on their time in New Hope would be appreicated: marriage, birth, or a death record for Mary would help our family research.
