My GGG GF Seaborn LOVELESS (b. about 1807) is said to have been born "near Louisville," a phrase which encompasses Nelson Co. As a young adult he moved to SC, where he married and started a family. He died young about 1841. His son, James B. Loveless (b. about 1834) returned to the Louisville area from GA about 1864. He took employment in an iron foundry across the river in New Albany, IN. Three years later he relocated again to northern AL and apparently never returned to northern KY.

The LOVELESS and LOVELACE surnames are known in Nelson Co. in the early 1800s, but the identity of Seaborn LOVELESS' parents has not been established.

I seek information confirming Seaborn's birth and establishing his line of descent.
