I am reading some on a mine accident in Muhlenberg county, the Browder mine explosion. One name listed to have been killed is a man who I believe was living in around Russellville in 1900. I found R D Empson in Russellville in 1900 age 8, son of J T and Sarah E. Dudley Empson's death date would have been Februsry 1, 1910. Is there any record which ties the Dudley Empson that died that date to the 1900 census record, R D Empson? Are they the same person? Thanks for any help you provide.
