There are marriage, birth deeds, wills, etc. in both the Boyd Co., Ky. library as well as the Greenup Co. one & the Greenup Co. Courthouse has a bunch of stuff too. The Boyd Co. Library is online at www.thebookplace.org With records that early you show check out www.lawrencecountyohio.com because Greenup Co., Ky. is right across the river from Lawrence Co., Ohio. We lost all kinds of relatives before we discovered a bunch of them right across the Ohio River which at that time had no dam in Greenup so depending on the time of the year you could walk or ride a horse across.Even now the bridges going across are only like the distance of 3-5 blocks.Scioto Co., Ohio wasn't far either.
