I have created a new webpage in honor of my cousin Truman Messer, in 2006 the Commonwealth of Ky named a bridge for him near Martin,Floyd Co. Ky. I live in Colorado now.. and so wanted to see the bridge named for my cousin Truman Messer, my cousin William Lee Gayheart my cousin, lives in East Ky, photographed the Truman Messer Bridge and sent it today taken in Floyd Co.Ky it is now on the Truman Messer Bridge Webpage, no one that I know deserves it more than Truman, one of the sweetest,kindest, nicest man I have ever known and for his accomplishments in Floyd Co.
