Offering a $500.00 reward to anyone, who can locate the Mosby Family Bible, last possessed by Charles Alexander Mosby and wife, Emma Bertha Seibert of Newport, Campbell Co., KY. Charles died on Feb. 6, 1947, in Campbell Co. Emma married Erhard Peter Rummel who died on June 27, 1955. Emma died on January 7, 1960 in Cincinnati, OH. Her last known address was a boarding house located at 2945 Timbercrest, Cincinnati, OH. Emma is thought to be childless, therefore we strongly believe her possessions are now in the hands of her siblings or their heirs, most of which were from the Cincinnati area.
Siblings of Charles Alexander Mosby, son of Robert Edward Mosby and Elender Edmonson of Anderson Co., KY: Gilbert Haun Mosby - Known as the Konjola King, was murdered in Cincinnati in 1945. William Ripy (Ripey) Mosby - My grandfather. Know for a fact he never possessed the bible.
