Looking for any information about the family of George W Roath. George was in the 6th Ks Cal. He married Nancy A January on Nov 8,1865. They lived in several towns from Cato to Engeleve, Nancy had 2 children from her first marriage, Wm R Ray, Nancy Margaret Ray, Her husband was John Henry Ray.Evidently he died or was killed. Roath has mispelled many times, from Roth to Roach. George & Nancy had the following Children Ida b.in 1870 she married a Jesse W Miley in 1886 and had 3 children she died in 1892. David T Roath b. in 1872, married a Nellie Thompson from Weir,Ks. they moved toColorado. Daniel C Roath came to Oklahoma with his step father David C Smith. David had several children when he married Nancy Roath in 1881, by 1885 they are all in one house. Charles, Ada and Bell Smith. Thanks
