Hi - I found Orville Carper, 47 Ohio, wife Ida M., 48? IL in Ada Co., Idaho in 1910; in 1920, they're in Fremont Co., Idaho, both teachers in Idaho Industrial Training School. Son Orlan Dewain Carper, b. 10 Sept. 1887, with wife Mabel C., b. 15 March 1979 is in Payette Co., Idaho in 1920, with children Mildred, 10; Dee E., 6; and Charles E., 4. In 1930, Orlan is in Alameda Co., CA... per CA death indexes, he died 26 May 1966 in Alameda Co.; wife Mabel died 15 March 1979 in Alameda Co. 1880 McPherson Co., KS, Castle, pg. 370a: Isaac P.
