We are looking for information anyone might have regarding where Alois Jacob Krieger originated from. We know he was married twice with his second wife being Mary Stumpe and that he resided in Florence, AL and had five children, one of which was my father-in-law, Alois Casper Krieger. I know Alois Jacob Krieger was born in 1865 but do not know where and he died in Florence, AL in 1933. The little information I have indicates he was married prior to marrying my father-in-law's mother and he had a daughter by his first wife.
