If you are researching the family of Count Allison Koonce b.1812 died 1880-1890 Goliad County, Texas I may be able to help you. My mother's g grandfather was Christopher Columbus Koonce b.1790 N.C. Her grandfather was James Caroll Koonce brother to Count Allison Koonce. My mothers branch of the Koonce family is from the Nacogdoches, Texas area.
