Hi Well I am not sure of much more I was told there Father Name was Charlie But I am not real sure of that.They were orphaned at a young age but not sure why they were orphaned.They was supposed to have been in the orphanage in Utah and Pryor. William Arthur(was known By Art)married Edna Boggs they had 4 children Charlie Kiper of Claremore Ok Mary Louise Sunday Of Claremore Ok Arthur Lee Kiper Wanda Mae Wyble of Tulsa Ok Paul Kiper married Fern ? and they had 1 child Pauline ? I was also told they are stayed with People named Minnie and Charles Dye Of Yate Center, Kansas not sure who they were but I thought maybe grandparent from Mothers Side. So I guess they been in Utah, Kansas and Oklahoma. Well sorry I don't know anymore thanks for sharing what info you have....... Coowesta
