No known connection: 1880 census of Uinta Co WY Peter Kenney, 59, b IR, teamster d, Margaret, 15, b IL s, Peter, 13, b IL d, Della, 12, b IL John, 5 , b NE LDS International index does list a Mrs. Timothy Kinney, b ?, d 1893, Rock Springs WY. You might find that record by contact with WY vital records. Did not find Timothy Kinney(or Kinney) in 1870 or 1900 census of WY or UT
