The book held by Belfast's Linenhall Library, written by Dean George Story, Chaplain to William's Army, lists many of the Officers on both sides and refers to favours granted to many of them. Previous to William's victory at the Boyne in 1690, many Protestants were removed by James from their land and these people were frequently re-instated by William as part of the Settlement. The various books of the period have references to such events. The lists of Landowners (which I have) attainted by James for refusing to support him is a good start for searches of this kind.
