I don't know if this helps or not, but my great grandmother's name was Alice Maria Kindle. She was born in New Hampshire, OH in 1859 and died in Waynsfield, OH in 1928. Her father was George Kindle, b. 1834, Perry, OH, d. 1863, KY. He married Margaret Jane Jett. George's father was John Kindle, b. 1805, Perry Co, OH, d. 1885, Auglaize Co, OH. He married Elizabeth Stillwell. His father was also named John Kindle, b. 1770, Orange County, VA, d. 1852, Perry Co, OH. His wife's name was Nancy. This John Kindle's father was also named John, but his last name comes across as Kendall. He was born in 1744 in Orange Co. VA and married Rose Bryant Braden. So, my line also comes from Orange County about the same time. Interesting that the spelling changed from Kendall to Kindle about the time of the move to Ohio. Perhaps brothers, or cousins, or no relationship. I have nothing on any siblings. Best wishes on your quest.
