Morgan County, KY Deeds I have a deed dated 24 day of September, 1846 from James P. Kendall and wife Phebe Kendall to the legal heirs of Frederick Adkins decd. for fifty acres in Morgan County, KY for one dollar On the side of page this notation: Delivered to S. A. Hunter 12th. Nov. 1847. I think it is possible that S. A. Hunter was Sylvester D. Hunter the husband of Mary Adkins the daughter of Frederick Adkins. Does anyone know of any conncetion between Frederick Adkins and or heirs and James P. Kendall and wife, Phebe who I think was a Boggs? The price of the land makes me think there is a connection somewhere. Strange...I found that Sylvester Hunter had a brother named James Kendall Hunter. ???? Shirley Buckler
