Hello Linda: The background data which I have for Duston Kendall is somewhat different than your posting and there probably is an error in his grandparents as well. William Kendall and Mary (Brooks) were from a different line stemming from Francis Kendall's 3rd son Samuel. Duston Lymon Kendall was born Oct. 6,1806 in Compton, Quebec, Canada. His parents removed from Westmoreland,NH to Compton, Quebec. Some of their children came back and resided in VT and NH. Dustin may have been married twice (as you've indicated)I have his eldest sons: Clark and Henry Kendall as the children of Dustin and Joanna B.(Clark) It appears this first wife's info will take some more digging. Dustin's line: Gen.#7 Dustin, Gen#6 Cephus b.July 21,1782 Lanc.MA, m.Clotilde Young (not familiar with Sarah(Phillips)), Gen. #5 William b.Sept. 14,1749 Lanc.,MA d.Westmoreland,NH, m.Mary Knight b.Apr. 30,1748 Lanc.MA, Gen.#4 Jonathan b.1718, Gen.#3 Jonathan b.1690, Gen.#2 John b.1646, Gen.#1 Francis b.c.1620.
