Hello, Thanks to the kind folks at GRSNP, I recently received an obit for John McAuvic who died Jan 1896 at the home of his sister, Mrs. Michael Kearney of Pine St. Census returns have Kearney and McAuvic listed together from 1870 thru 1920. I am following up a lead that my McCovick (various spellings)family of Dansville, NY may have come to NY from PA. Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
