Matthias Conrad Kania (1875-1934), son of Johann Kania and Thekla Szula Kania, was born at Kleschczow, near Sohrau, Germany and died in Rybnik Poland. Matthias' wife, Katharina Jagielka Kania (1875-1935), was born at Jankowitz, near Pless, Germany and died in Rybnik, Poland. Matthias and Katharina were married in Sohrau, Germany. Matthias and Katharina's graves are in Rybnik Cemetery, Rybnik, Poland. The son and daughters of Matthias and Katharina are: 1) Peter Kania. 2) Maria Kania. 3) Agnes Martina Kania Lepiarczyk. 4) Franziska Kania. I would like to communicate with anyone who is knowledgeable about the genealogy of the Kania family.
