www.ancestry.com has a George H. Jupp in the England 1891 census age 30, "confectioner," with his wife Rose C. Jupp who is age 26. They have a son Henry G. who is 6 and a daughter Florence R. who is 4. Rose was born in Maidstone but George was born in Shoreditch, London.
