I used this person as an example.
Theodor Herzl (Hebrew: תִאוַדָר הֵרצְל, Hungarian: Herzl Tivadar; May 2, 1860 – July 3, 1904), born Benjamin Ze’ev Herzl (Hebrew: בִּנְיָמִין זְאֵב הֵרצְל,

does not seem to be an equivalent as they are using phonetics
for theodore
the hebrew/yiddish name may not even be like the english name but usually named after a deceased person/relative.like the gfather etc..
