Morris' WWI draft registration gives a birth date of 26-June-1886 and his birth place is listed as Vishogrod, Russia. His occupation is listed as Tailor and that he was supporting his mother, his wife and one child.

There's a draft registration for a Samuel BAUM b. 22-Sept-1872 in Russia, occupation Taylor. He was working for Sonneborn & Co. in Baltimore, the same employer as Morris. He lists his nearest relative as Sofia BAUM. I think from looking at later census records this was his wife.

There's also a draft registration for an Abraham BAUM, age 38, patient at the Springfield State Hospital. His nearest relative is listed as his mother, Mrs. M. BAUM of 1923 E. Fairmont Ave., Baltimore. This is the same address Morris gives as his home address.

you can search for other people looking for BAUMs from Vishogrod. For both surname and town name use the "sounds like" feature and leave the country blank.
