Here is a typical act of Orvus Lee Howk/Jesse James the third, as he changed his name after J.Frank Dalton/Jesse W.James impostor died in Granbury. Howk sent the photo on this website and claimed these men were Outlaws. They were Texas Rangers and may be found on the Ranger website.
