I found a Bridget Burns B 1890 in Tipperary, but it wasn't in Coughjordan, it was Borrisoleigh, a civil district. All B/M/Ds were registered civilly after 1863. These rcds are maintained by the General Register Office. You can contact it at http://www.groireland.ie. This office is likely to have the marriage rcds for Timothy as well.
