Kim, I think you had it right earlier. She stated that she hit the space bar, then ENTER to awaken her computer. If so, she is still starting whatever program icon is hilighted. And since FTM is probably what she was using last, that icon is the one. At least, that is all I know that could account for the odd behavior. I believe if she uses some other means of awakening her computer, the problem will go away. Bob N.
